Ferrovial Agroman Australia achieves Authorised Engineering Organisation (AEO) Accreditation

Category: General / 01 March 2017

Ferrovial Agroman Australia have achieved AEO Accreditation from the Asset Standards Authority (ASA).

Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) Authorised Engineering Organisation (AEO) program is managed by the Asset Standards Authority (ASA). Accreditation is based upon the organisation's engineering services it performs according to engineering disciplines and asset life cycles.

FAAU is pleased to announce that as of 28th February 2017 we have achieved accreditation as an AEO. This has been close to an 18 month process, commencing with first contact and following on with scoping meetings, preparation of documentation, initial authorisation assessments, supplying evidence and checklists. To enable us to put all this information together, a tremendous effort from all involved was required. The process demonstrated to ASA that FAAU's engineering management, competency management, configuration management, quality management and systems engineering approach is of a high standard.

The hard work now continues to ensure that we keep this accreditation, by maintaining our high standards and demonstrating, through audits by ASA,  the processes we work with are being followed and are robust.

Ferrovial Agroman Australia is thrilled to reach this major milestone.
